billed me with R200 instead of R20

I requested a cab from 48 backpackers Hout street to Cape Diamond hotel and the driver decided not to cancel my trip. Driving from Hout street to Cape Diamond hotel is less than 3 minutes. I tried calling him and for some reason his phone wsnt going through. Sent an email immediately and Joan from Uber told me that they have adjusted the fee to R20. 51 and the rest will be refunded. I was greatful for her assistance. She said the money will be paid into my account. This morning Sibu decided that he/she is gonna charge me with an extra R99 on top of the R100 and odd cents. Sent numerous emails and I havent received any feedback.<br> I'm so angry right now that drivers here feel the need to overcharge their customers. I need Uber to refund me my money
