Billed for a trip I didn't undertake

You keep blue ticking me via your support channels so you left me no choice but to come on this platform. I got billed for a ride that I did not undertake

The receipt says: I was charged and paid R320 for a trip that was 0km long, and lasted 3 minutes.

Now make it make sense how a trip that was 0km and "lasted" 3 minutes costs R320?!?!
