Beware Uber

<p>On 4nd September my wife booked an Uber taxi to take me from Olivedale to OR Tambo on 4th September. Just before the pick up time of 08:00 she recived a message from Uber that the ride had been cancelled. I then had to drive to the airport and leave my car there for a week whilst overseas. Uber then had the cheek to bill my wife a cancellation fee. I tried emailing Uber to query this, but to date no response. Is this a company that seeks profit at the expense of customer satisfaction? It appears so, to me.</p>
