I requested an Uber package. The package that I paid for was picked up (there is video footage), it never arrived on my side. Driver canceled. No I lost the product, the money I paid for the product and the money I paid for the Uber package. I am going to have to reorder the product as it was for a client. I am losing that money too. Reported the incident and no one came back to me. This is disgusting
