Hello, I recently contacted your support team regarding an issue with logging into my Uber account. I explained that my card associated with the account was ******, and as a result, I do not have the necessary information to log in. However, I was advised to use the CVV pin for access, despite clearly stating that I do not have this information due to the theft of my card. I kindly request immediate assistance, as it appears that your team does not understand basic english.
