Bad uber servive

I find the inability to complain and lodge issues with uber very frustrating! I called an uber today from the gym to take me home. It was dark and I'm a female on my own. The driver took forever to get there...despite it saying 2 mins. I couldn't find him and messaged him. He said he was there, I couldn't find him. He then cancelled my ride. This charged me. I then saw him driving out. I tried to stop him, he saw me and chose to ignore me. Seriously? I got charged for that?. I then tried to find an option to complain about this...nothing????? Really? Shocking. You take my money and I was the one let down and left in the dark at 8pm? Not impressed. Do better Uber! Not cool. Will look for other options from now on.
