Bad Uber service

Worst service from Uber of late, they do not take time to listen to what the customer has to say about the driver or rather analyze the reported issue.i was charged 34r cancelation fee for a trip that was canceled by their driver.After waiting for 7minutes for the driver to arrive, he told me he had no change and so I should make a plan to rerequest and I had to do it because I was late for work.Busani was the driver. The only thing Uber could tell me was the cancelation fee was correct.why not charge your driver then.
