Bad Uber service

Good day

I requested Uber this morning. As you can see on the drivers gps report he left his destination and a time of 8min was given for him to arrive at my place.

I watched his route on my cellphone and saw that he went to another area and his vehicle was standing still, instead of coming to me. And then it showed that the ETA will be 9min. This is really not acceptable for a client to wait on a Uber driver that first went on another route.

I totally refuse to pay the R25 penalty fee and will rather then make use of Taxify or another source of transport.
