BAD SERVICES FROM UBER!!

I have booked a ride with uber for my fiance and kids.. Trip was 160..uber added another 176 to my fee that made it total of 336..i had to sent multiple screenshots just to prove that one of the drivers was the cause of this.. Eventually my money got refunded into my uber wallet.. Wich i ddnt want as i needed the cash.. I dont hve any money nd is broke at the moment had to add my last to that ride.. Now to work nd back i hve to pay 31-50 to get home or to work.. Were i would hve paid r12 via taxi.. Wich was in my budget.. No compensation what so ever for the inconvenience cause.. I would not refer anyone to uber.. This app hve left me in a very bad situation1
