Bad service why allow drivers to speak like this

I booked a trip from elsiesriver to century city the guy accept and messaged me hahaha you think I'm stupid to come and lots of rude stuff took the trip without me and stop the trip then uber block my account and put amount I must pay why must I pay for there trust issues
