Bad Service : UBER

My daughter arranged a pick-up (4AM) to go to the airport. 2 hours prior to the pick-up the pick-up was confirmed, however 1 hour later the pick-up was cancelled. She missed her flight and at substantial costs new flights had to be arranged.
