BAD SERVICE PROVIDED by UBER South Africa!!!

<p>On October 21st, 2016 I used the Uber Service from city lodge Catherine street to Mandela Square, and when the driver named Vuyo drop us (myself and my colleague), by any mistake, I left my new black hat/cap branded HURLEY NEW ERA in the black Audi driven by Vuyo. But, unfortunately, he didn't contact me back to give me back my belongs - lack of honesty!</p> <p>So, when I realized that, quickly spoke with the hotel staff, but nothing happen. I also used the Help Uber Page on October 24th/ 2016, but only on November 7th guys from from Uber responded me asking to proceed like nothing happen...come on! And that was because I written by the 2nd time saying that should post bad rating on hellopeter! Is it possible?</p> <p>BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE STAFF OF UBER SOUTH AFRICA!!! If anybody's going to use this service, be careful, hold tight to your belongings, because if you let it stay, it's over, you will never get them back!</p>
