bad service from UBER Van

<p>We orderd a UBER VAN to transport my family and gests fron the USA to O R Tambo airport</p> <p>The driver was trying to get the root on his tablet I told him i would show him the shortest way</p> <p>He promtly reversed out of the gate and stated playing on his tablet</p> <p>and refused to move,i got my dauter to order two uber cars we got ou of the van the driver refuset to move out of the road,when he left the premmises the blocked the exit to our complex to hold up the traffic to make us late,he cutt off the oter two uber drivers and refuset to let us go only when he saw my wife vidioing hem did he speef off</p> <p>I have photos of the driver hid van and his registration number plates</p> <p>Not only have we been charged for the trip we have been charged a R100 cancilation fee</p> <p>This has left a bad feeling about UBER</p>
