Bad service from Uber driver

Yesterday I've requested for an Uber at 4:09am and it said driver is 7min for 40min still saying the same thing. Called them and they said they can't help cos I'm using a different number to the one they have on the same and that's bull ****. Tried sending the driver text but no reply. Had to cancel that ride and request for another one luckily that one took 3min to get to my place. What ****es me off is that I missed my flight and I had to pay R560 just to get another one.
