Bad service from UBER and their drivers

Do not use Uber. Their drivers are *****ing customers. A driver named Kingsley accepted my trip which was R74. I paid him cash at the end of the trip. A few days later when I wanted to book another trip I was blocked because Kingsley selected no payment received. Now uber expects me to pay again for a trip I already paid for. Customer support is useless they refuse to fix the error on my account. Today I book another trip using a relatives uber my trip was R136 I gave the driver a R200 note cash the driver has no change I tell him to refund the cash to the uber wallet. He then puts in that I gave R180 and not R200. Why exactly would I pay R180 in notes if the trip was R136? So I end up only getting a partial refund of R44 Uber support once again refuses to refund the other R20 the driver then pockets. I mean what the heck! I am so done with uber. I will not advise anyone to make use of their services.
