Bad service from drivers and Uber is busy over charging us for cancellation

<p>I have send several email via uber help support for the past 2 months April and May 2017 even today no a.I have been charged cancellation fees while I didn't cancel the trips.</p> <p>I have heard it with Uber the service sucks, R25.00 is a lot I have several trips that were cancelled plus banks charges this is a lot of money.Today 28 May 2017 I requested around 19h24pm even now 21h14 I am still waiting.I have been taking screenshots I will send them.</p> <p>I am done with Uber, I will look for another service provider but before I want my money first for the awful charges.Uber used to offer best service but now I rate it -100%.</p>
