Bad service, extremely long waiting time

The drivers take forever to get to the requested location, this is absolutely nonsensical. I spent over 40 minutes waiting for a ride, multiple drivers kept accepting the rides and canceling them at my expense. I have decided to stop using users services due to the poor service I recieved this morning
