Bad service

Last week Thursday I used Uber as I daily do. My colleague had an unfortunate incident where she forgot her phone in the car seconds after we got off the Uber she realises this and I try to contact my driver. To no avail does he answer his phone. I then contacted support which only got back to me the following day after I tried numerous ways to hey in contact immediately.

Uber then advised that they have notified the driver and the driver would contact me. And between myself and the driver we should sort out this matter. As it's not an Uber issue.

This was very disappointing to hear as I use Uber daily and this is the type of feedback they offer their clients.

What is even more disappointing is the driver still has not contacted me. My friend has been without her cellphone for most a week. And more disappointing is Uber didn't even do a follow up. I'm sure that driver is still driving for them.

Please be on the lookout for a driver by the name of ****son Pedros number plate number CAA350607. He is definitely not an honest person.
