Bad service

I have unauthorized Uber rides transactions going off my account and no one is willing to help me. Two transactions went off today (2024.02.14) one for R46.00 and one for R47.00. Another transaction went off on 2024.02.04 for R34.00. All they are saying is that I must confirm if my friends and family if they don't have my card details. No one has my card details except for me. Now I must change my bank card because a **** company keeps taking money from my account.
