Bad Service

I booked a trip from Bedfordview to Soweto and I was given a quote for R164 which I accepted and I was picked up. The navigator used a very unsafe route for me to get to my destination. After the drop off I get the correct receipt but I later receive a higher receipt for R208 and I engaged with Uber and they refuse to acknowledge that they are charging me twice for one trip. They turn it around to say I used a different route that took longer and I didn't. This is the one time when the Uber service is unfortunately Very Bad to say the least
