Bad service

I am so so very upset, disappointed, devastated and frustrated 😠 😡 On Friday I requested for Uber as usual, and when the driver arrived, he asked me for a pin, I then I asked him what pin, then he asked me if I was stupid, I then told him I don't understand what pin do you want cause I've been using Uber for 2 years now and I've never been asked for pin, then the driver said you're very stupid am I the one providing pin or its your Uber people, I then told him I don't feel safe to ride with you please cancel me so that I can request another one, then he got upset and started swearing at me then he became xenophobic and started saying go back to your country, this is not your country, we don't want you here, I got upset as well and started swearing at him back, then this driver said I am going to kill you, I'll shoot you, he then when to bring out the gun from the boot and people who were there started to run away and he went back in his car and drove... I reported to Uber but Uber found issue in this... I am totally disappointed
