Bad service and threats from the driver

I would like to report what happened to me last week Sunday when I requested the below driver Ahmed Omar passed my location n I had to walk to him with bags, on my way to him I called him just to make him aware that I'm walking to wards him it was a distance of about 3min but he didn't pick up the call, when I got to him he asked if I was the 1 calling him n I said yes so I told him I was making him aware I'm walking to him since he passed me, the guy immediately told to get out of his car he doesn't transport people who complain I humbly said I was just making you aware "the response I was expecting from him was sorry maybe the is something wrong with the app" but no the *** was shouting I said get out then he canceled the trip while I was still in his car but I refused to get I said he must wait with me until another driver comes, the he said that's not Uber car it's his car and he will do as he please he said if I don't get out of his car he will drive to his home with me and will give me to one of his brothers to sort me out" I don't in which way way he referring to"
