Bad service

Today I was busy at work when I got 3 notifications on my phone for unpaid uber trips. I panicked and quickly phoned uber support, I spoke to Hammad Q whom I explained to what happened and still after he asked me how he could help me. I then asked if he could look into the issue because I don't share my uber account with anyone and 2 trips were requested and now I have an outstanding balance, he told me that I have to pay that money and there's nothing he could do because the requests were under my name. I asked to speak to his supervisor he said the supervisor was unavailable and I asked if the supervisor could call me back he still went on and said NO.

My concern is that, I have my card details on the app and if someone can use my app without my knowledge and consent then my card information is not safe.

I've never been so disappointed and angry at the same time in my life
