Bad service

My order was not delivered by uber eats. Spoke to the chat support. Bad service by uber eats and I will not recommend it. 40 minutes had passed and the order was never picked up by the uber drive. Called the take away to confirm what was going on with the order and they confirmed it was ready a long time ago. I re-ordered the food at the take away myself for cheaper. After I had stated that uber is *****ing and ********* as they wanted to charge me for a delivery fee and did not provide the service my money was refunded.
