Bad service

I had a really bad experience this morning with one of the Uber drivers, The driver was verbally abusive and threw me out of the Uber after I complained, and my trip was not completed and I had to take bolt , and I was charged the full amount..all I requested is a refund for trip that was not taken. Uber has not been very empathetic and they have yet to resolve the situation. I'm so disappointed in Uber as I have not received such service from bolt... Uber south africa service is really bad and I will not be using their services in the future
