Bad service

I added a family payment option only to realize that it doesn’t allow me to pay using cash I then deleted this option but I still can’t request as it now only wants to pay using this stupid family payment option please help me cancel this nonsense I’ve been seeing texts to their help chat bot it’s 6 days now with no response see why it’s high time for Africa to have their own e hailing services which will work for us
