Bad Service

On the 25 March 2020 I requested an Uber in Ndofaya mall in Soweto ,the rider arrived registration Car Registration FF 27 XX GP, Drivers Name Norman Dumisani. when I got off I realized that I forgot my phone in the car , I called the phone several times it kept on ringing and then it went off the following day I sent an email to Uber requesting assistance to be connected with the driver , but till today I haven’t received any respond from them
