Bad service

Im so angry at this driver of Uber I request and wait for more than 10mimutes and i could see the driver is not moving standing in one site,now I tell him I have lots of stuff with me including pains no response form him and i.ask him is he coming no response again.Now I cancelled the trip cz his not responding .Now he he charges me for a trip that I did not ride.Its so unfair
