Bad Service

Uber has a nerve to charge its a cliets a service fee when they want to cancel a trip. If i see that a driver is stuck in traffic and i feel like canceling the trip why do you charge us a service fee for that? When your drivers cancels the trip on us and waste our time while we wait for them who compensates our time? We have the right to cancel any trip and we are not stupid to just cancel a trip where we see the driver is close by. You are ripping us off and this is *******. And where in your app can we lodge complains about your service as well not just about the drivers.
