Bad service

<p>On Saturday round about 16.00 we took an uber from Newlands to Rondebosch. Our ride with the driver was fun and he was very friendly, but after our drop off in Rondebosch I realized that I have left my Jacket in the car. We immediately phoned the driver and he said that he is too far already, but will contact us when he is in the area. Sunday morning he phoned to say that he is in Claremont so will bring the jacket. No one pitched. I phond again on Sunday round about 12h to ask where he is, then he was near Canal walk.I told the driver that if he is this side or even in Town he must let me know then I will come and pick up the jacket. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have not heard anything. I tried to phone again, but no one answers. I just want to know how I am going to get my jacket bac****!</p>
