Bad, pathetic and disgusting service

On the 18 March 2019 we mistakenly left our phone in a uber when the driver dropped us off at Water front Mall in Cape Town. The name of the driver is Mthandeni and his registration number is CA 598 724-Silver Etios. We called him around 7, requesting that he drops off our phone and he said we sholu give him 45 minutes, but he did not arrived. We had to call Mthandeni again and he said we should give him another 20 minutes, of which we did and guess what, Mthandeni was nowhere to be seen. We called again and he said he is 10 minutes away, we eventually had to beg for a lift to go back to our resort as we had no phone to request for an uber, the phones we were using by the way were from passersby whom we had to beg to use their phones. When we got to the resort, we called Mthandeni again because and he again said he is 10 minutes away. After 10 minutes we called him and he said he was at our resort outside the gate for about 20 minutes, of which was a blatant lie because we were at the gate at that time, Mthandeni decided to give us his number because I was calling him on mine, but his phone was off. We called him again and he said he will bring the phone in the morning at 5. At 5 in the morning he was not answering my phone. At about 5:40 we heard a hooter and went outside, it was Mthandeni with my pgone and he demanded that we give him R500 to get the phone. We are not happy with the service we got from Uber because we had to wait in the cold for more than 3 hours for a **** who never pitched and when he did the following day eventually, he ****** us.
