Bad experience with Uber

I recently booked a trip with uber. Sadly not even midway into my trip, the vehicle had broken down on a busy highway in the night. I was left on the side of the road and the drive made no attempt to book me another trip or assist for help. I had to request help from a passer by to book another trip which I paid for but I was further charged for the trip that needed to be canceled due to the driver breaking down. Poor service from Uber and its customer support team. I was basically forced this morning to Pay a drive for my current trip plus the one which was supposed to be canceled. No urgency in responses or willingness to refund me.
