Bad Experience with Uber

I requested a ride in the morning to work and the driver by the name of Makesure driving silver Toyota Corolla was of no help. He arrived at the pickup point and intentionally passed. When I called him, he didn’t pickup the phone and texted saying that he was there and left. I saw him a little distance away and when I approached him he drove off.
