Bad excperience with Uber rides!!

While on holiday in Durban last week we made use of 7 uber rides and we were very disappointed. Not one of the rides sanitized our hands or even had sanitizer in the ride. In all the rides we had to listen to music that suited the driver. In 4 of the 7 rides we had to squeeze 4 in the back even though we said 5 people. I would suggest that the drivers have sanitizer and rather put off the radio during the trip as not everyone is into their music. The only reason why I am giving two stars is the fact that we did not have to wait that long for an uber to arrive every time, but that is the only plus point as everything else was not what you would expect.
