Bad emailing partner

I hired Tshudo Risky (Curtis) Rikhotso as my Uber driver on the 13th of August 2023 on a 3 months contract (with a possible extension). For the month of August, all was well however, from the month of September, Tshudo did not pay his weekly fee which has led me to collect the vehicle 21st of September. Tshudo owes me an amount of R8571,42 and is no where to be found, I have sent him multiple messages to pay and return the vehicle of which he never responded to, I had to use the tracker app to locate my vehicle which was found damaged in Diepsloot. Tshudo gave me a false physical address and ****med me. He damaged my vehicle (the brand new break pads were worn out, he had an accident with my vehicle and never reported to me), he is also in possession of my car keys. Unfortunately the Diepsloot police station could not help me on the 21st of September 2023.
