Bad driving and high price

I took an Uber from my place to Temba and initial I was charged 390, the driver was driving reckless and smoking.

Further more he took a route that has tollls and we paid for the tolls cash which were 3 however on the receipt it shows 3 tolls and we have asked his a route that has no tolls and he refused

When we are arrived at the place he did have Network so he didn't end the trip and drove back for close to 10 minutes I could see he was driving without us that's I ended up ending the trip to my surprise I am charge more 507 for tollgate and time which doesn't make sense as it's the drivers fault as he didn't end the trip and also made us pay for tolls. We ask for our refund. My charge wa 390 why charge me extra 117. Stop ripped us off
