Bad driving

I have never had a complaint before about uber, I absolutely love their service. However today I had a very bad experience with an uber driver!

On driving home from work in my own car, I reached a stop street to go straight, an uber car came next to me in the right only lane and proceeded to go straight as well. He ended up staying next to me while accelerating and swearing at me and attempted to harass me and drive me off the road. Eventually due to me not wanting to damage my own car I braked and he swerved in front of me. As soon as he got in front of me he started to drive right on top of another car who started braking intermittently to warn him to stay off his bumper, in which he returned in kind by sitting on his hooter!

This is the most unacceptable behaviour that I have ever seen from an uber driver, and would love to know where I can report him as I took photos of his license plate.
