bad drive give Uber bad name

I had a terrible experience with an Uber driver named Rodney Kubu. He stopped 3–4 km away from my destination and claimed that the system showed this as the correct drop-off point. I explained that I always use a saved destination, and this was clearly wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to trick me into booking a new ride from him, which would have required me to pay again.

When I refused, he forced me out of the car, leaving me to walk the rest of the way. During the ride, he drove recklessly, frequently changing lanes without using indicators, and even picked up another passenger. It felt like he was treating Uber as a local taxi service rather than following professional standards.
