Bad Directions to my business - Uber just doesn't care to resolve open query raised for several years!

Uber is meant to help people get to a destination butr instead UBER has listed the incorrect directions to my business! I have been reporting the same problem for several YEARS!!! via their app, via their call centre, via the drivers - and UBER still refuses to update their app maps. All i get from the call centre is that my query has been received and i will receive a reference number to keep track of my query. I never receive the reference or any action! Its been another year that my many many complaints are ignored. Google maps has my directions to my business correct. Update your systems! How may years does it take you UBER to acknowledge you got it wrong and to fix the problem. If bolt, taxify etc can get it correct, why cant you???? You have no shame to take people money! But continue to impact my business and get your own drivers lost and give a terrible review to my business as your app has the incorrect directions loaded!!!! What a disgusting disregard for business impact in the service industry.. my only conclusion is that UBER is just concerned on making money with no regard to update your maps on your app????
