Bad, Dangerous drivers

Been in 4 close calls with uber drivers in only the last two weeks. They run through stop signs, don't yield at traffic circles, don't use indicators. But worst was yesterday, after he made a u-turn on the highway, he proceeded to swerve into my lane without realising it, running me and my family off the road whilst travelling at over 100km/h. He was to busy on his phone to realise.
