Bad Customer Service & Unauthorized payment

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain how i get charged R435 for a trip from CellC waterfall (Bucclueh) to Uburn Ridge South (Midrand). I normally get charged R115 maximum and use urber all the time</p> <p>I once requested uber and the driver took more than 30 minutes then when i contacted him he requested i cancel it and once again was charged</p> <p>I sent an email on the 25th November till date i have not received a reply or some sort of communication</p> <p>Can someone get back to me urgently ( ********** 153)</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Enhle Xaba</p> <p> </p>
