Bad customer service from Uber

Uber has been taking money out of my account for the last few months because, according to them I signed up for Uber Pass in March 2021. This is not possible as I have not been active on my Uber profile since January 2021. Uber however, refuse to refund me. I'm am absolutely shocked and disappointed with the lack of customer service from Uber.
