Bad customer service

So I took a Uber today and realized after I got dropped at my destination. The driver didn't end my trip so with me realizing this. I canceled the trip because I don't want to be charged to go somewhere after. I've been dropped at my current destination. So off to me complaining about the situation. Uber uber stow charged me for canceling allthough I'll be paid for the trip and and Uber absolutely refuses to refund me the money for the mistake.
