Bad customer service
Lost an item in the uber. Haven’t been able to get into contact with the driver cause he’s number goes straight to voicemail

03 Sept 2025, 09:08Uber support responded, apparently the driver confirms to not seeing my lost item. But then again, how were they able to get ahold of him because his number is not going through. I have to this day, been trying to call him. I don’t know know if Uber is lying to me, but I will do everything in my power to find out. Also.. there have been multiple complains about this particular driver.. but Uber still lets him operate. I guess the safety and views of the public don’t matter
