Bad bad service

<p>I've always had good experiences with uber.....except on Saturday when my son left his bag with his school uniform, casual clothes in the uber car.....I have been trying for 3 days to be get the contact details for the driver to try and get at least his blazer back....but have only received automated emails back. I am naming and shaming in Johannesburg a driver named Talifhani.......don't ever use him.....and especially don't leave anything in his car</p>
