BAD BAD BAD Uber service

i was in accident on the 26th of may , insurance has decided that they will pay me my out of pocket and not my entire medical aid bill as promised on the initial call . i don't get why my emergency benefit should be compromised, what happens to me should i get an accident at my own space and time then it means i must pay from my pocket cause our lives are in danger in uber rides, this is my second accident in a uber and i am not happy at all with al this , i am suffering an anxiety with all the accidents, i chose an uber for my own safety and peace of mind and avoid taking a taxi but it seems like there's no difference. next thing my things where left in the drivers car and the driver stays in Kempton park i must be liable for returning my items that were left in the car when i was rushed to the hospital in a emergency . my medical aid only has 1 emergency benefit per year and now all thanks to uber i must pay for myself should anything happen to me. uber doesn't care about the well being of their clients and they insurance company AIG has very rude agents who just hang up on clients, agents that speak to uber member in a very rude manner. i think for all this i should be even compensated for pain and suffering. i have also decided to take the matter up with my legal team.
