So here is what happened, the driver dropped me I was heading to Nissan to pick up why vehicle after dropping me I went on with my day, waited for my car keys and drove for like 25 plus min, while I was checking the map to where I was going, I noticed the Uber icon on my screen, then clicked on it just to see what happening. To my shocked the ride was still on, I was confused because I was driving I called the driver and asking him why he didn't cancel my ride, and he told.me he forgot to End the trip, then I told him I will report him so when I hangout the call the ride was still on, so I went ahead and canceled because I had no other option, you can ask the driver I even took the screen shot when I called him the ride was still on, Please investigate this because this behavior is unacceptable.
