Uber are full of nonsense, they refuse to release my money for cancelation and temporary hold. It's been more than 2 weeks which the reversal is supposed to clear. Some of their agents are rude and don't listen to resolve the issues. Using card payment is such a nightmare with Uber. They don't even help.
