Awful service

<p>So today 23/11/16 I requested for an uber and it was ought to arrive in 4 min's but it never did. About 5mins later I called the driver and he said he couldn't make it and I explained that my worry is that I would be charged should I cancel well he said I should cancel it won't charge me and I called him again to tell him that it's still sayin that should I cancel i will be charged and he just hung up on me. And now I'm being charged for a driver that decided not to show up! His name is Jack and registration FD55SB GP ( Brown Volkswagen Polo)</p>
