Authorization Hold Charges

It's been 9 days since I've requested for two authorization hold refunds..... With absolutely no support from Uber.. How difficult can it be to refund me an amount of R135?? for such a big company? You after support is really pathetic!! Come on, for all the support we give you, simply refund us, what belongs to us!!!
